Static Load Vs. Dynamic Load – Why most companies only list static load weight
CFF provides you with the space you need to Kip, do Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Ring work like ring dips, suspension training with rings or grip trainers, etc.
Static Load Vs. Dynamic Load: The Basics
Static load is when an item is not movingDynamic load is when an item is moving
Most companies will only list the static load to make the specifications of the equipment they are selling look good, but at CFF FIT, it is your safety and the longevity of the equipment that matters to us. This is why we list the static as well as the working load of our wall mounted pull up bar.

Maximum support
When designing the CFF Wall Mounted Pull Up Bar, it was not just about building a solid product, it was also about how the bar would be mounted to the surface to provide maximum support under stress. Any pull up bar can hold weight, but can it sustain the moving force over time, day after day.
Most companies use box steel on the main frame, CFF FIT uses 3/8″ thick flat steel to eliminate flexing or the possibility of the box steel caving or bending in because it was overtightened to the wall. Our design is simple and manufactured to work with standard building code construction; meaning your wall studs, whether in your gym or home are every 16″ on center and the CFF FIT pull up bar was designed to align with those dimension. Mounting is directly into the wall studs with (8) 3″ long x 3/8″ diameter lag bolts. Each side is evenly spaced over a 33″, 3/8″ thick flange, placing each bolt approx. 8″ apart for maximum strength and distribution of force throughout the pull up bar.

Heavy Duty Steel for a Heavy Duty Pull Up Bar – Simply the Best
11 gauge box steel, 3/8″ thick steel flanges, and structural bolts, that is why CFF FIT can assured you, your pull up bar will last forever.
While most other companies make huge claims of weight capacity, there pull up bars only weight 25 lbs or less. As you can see in the comparison, they state they use the same materials, but then why does a CFF FIT pull up bar weigh 55 lbs shipped?
