Unlike competitors with steel/iron plates, our plates have a thick rubber coating that provides durability and better handling. Our plates are available in (4) 2.5 pounds, (2) 5 pounds, (2) 10 pounds, and (2) 25 pound weight plates. You will need clamp collars for each side of the dumbbell bar to avoid weight plates from falling off. This versatile piece of equipment will allow you to strengthen and condition your upper body, core, and lower body muscle groups. Incrementally increase weight at a more natural pace without going too heavy, too quickly. Small weight changes will help mitigate the potential for injury. We recommend adding our clamp collars and pairing with our dumbbell barbell for a complete set.
