Choose Weight
Keep the safety lock unlocked and adjust the weight by rotating the handle to choose the preferred weight for your personalized exercise.


Place Dumbbell Piece
The slotted side of the counterweight sheet should face the center of the dumbbell; the counterweight sheet is evenly distributed on both sides of the dumbbell.
